Chinese Media: Car Owned by Peter Pannu/Asia Rays Involved In Drink Driving Incident
A vehicle belonging to Peter Pannu’s Asia Rays company was involved in a serious incident in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong Island last night.
Oriental Daily reports that the seven seater Toyota Alphard with the distinctive BCFC numberplate was being driven by Han Singh, 31. Singh lost control whilst dodging a pedestrian crossing the road and swerved across the carriageway before ramming into a lamppost and then rolling the car.
Singh, who told attending police officers he was playing football in Hong Kong, was found to be three times over the drink drive limit. It is not known what connection he has to Peter Pannu.

They don’t come cheap, who bought it?
Part of the money earned from the club funds no doubt, might have to sell caddis to buy another one.

Three times over the limit??selfish bastard….
Do we know if anyone else ie Pannu was in the car as well??
Only a female passenger. Pannu wasn’t in the car.
Dan was the female passenger injured in the crash?? if she got in the car knowing the driver was 3 times of the limit it a pretty bad state of affairs imo…………………..
End of the road?
to me it has no relevant that it has any connection to pp other than Mr Singh should receive what ever measures where is for drink and drive offence………………..
great way of advertising bcfc imo……………………
So was this guy driving without the owners consent, in which case TWOK, otherwise PP knew and is probably also guilty of an offence. Either way I smell a rat!!! Go, just please go.
Guilty of what Tony? I think you might be letting your preconceptions cloud your judgement there
We have a company pool car that any employee can use. Much as I want PP gone how can it be his fault if a pi$$ head decides to take it for a drive? I’d like to buy that number plate though!
Interesting Andy Walker was asked for a comment by the Canto press.

Love the bit about “… covered with the alcohol of foreign youth…”
It’s not who was driving the car,it’s the fact that it has BCFC written
over it…..and who paid for the car?,who paid for the driver?
The club is being bled dry.
At last, someone has seen the relevance of this story! Some unknown Indian guy is driving round HK (drunk or not is irrelevant) in a car paid for by BCFC, whilst the club scrapes together pennies to pay the wages of free signings! That CY/PP are such incompetent business men aren’t they ?
Is it worth pointing out that the car is owned by Asia Rays and thus may have no connection to the club bar the numberplate?
You’d have thought the plate would read “ARSE” – Asia Rays Sports Enterprises!
You’re quite correct Almajir, obviously just another happy coincidence.
Was thinking this morning, whilst preparing a sausage sandwich .. what has become of Pannu ?
He seems almost to have vanished, certainly seems to be ‘out of the equation’ at BIHL and BCFC.
What has become of our porcine acting Chairman ?
Well, bearing in mind he signed the 31 page announcement last week, I’d guess he’s been busy working behind the scenes at BIH… shocking, huh?
You know when your a little kid and your mum is concerned your hanging around with the wrong crowd…
