Attacking Intent
Birmingham City inflicted Fulham’s first league defeat of the season yesterday at Craven Cottage. Clayton Donaldson’s second half penalty was the only goal of the game but Blues could and should have scored more in what was a good display of attacking intent.

Greg Stewart – Will he? Won’t he?
It’s been a topsy turvy day for Blues news in the transfer market, with BBC Sport tweeting that the deal for Blues to sign Greg Stewart was dead, only to be refuted a short time later by Liam Kennedy in the Dundee Evening Telegraph. Is he going to sign? Isn’t he going to sign?

Transfer Groundhog Day…
It emerged yesterday that a Birmingham City representative was in Dundee yesterday to watch Greg Stewart score twice in a League Cup group match against Forfar Athletic. The 26-year-old striker scored nine times in the Scottish Premiership last season and already has six in three league cup games this term.
