Birmingham City Ladies Fixtures Announced
Blues Ladies learned yesterday that they will open the new Womens Super League campaign with a home game against Everton Ladies. It will be their first fixture at their new home at Damson Parkway, home of Solihull Moors.
The full fixture list for the Ladies is available here, and as part of a site revamp I will be reporting from as many as I can this season. Blues Ladies will also be playing their UEFA Women’s Champions League Quarter Final tie soon, with the home leg being played on March 24.
Fans who buy tickets before March 19 will also receive a voucher for a free ticket for a Blues Ladies home game during the regular season.
As part of the closer link between Blues Ladies and the men’s team, the two sides have been competing in challenges in conjunction with the principal partner of the ladies team Hollywood Monster. It’s currently 1-0 to the Ladies with Karen Carney winning the first round with her pizza creation “Karen Con Carney”. The second round sees Mitch Hancox take on Kirsty Linnett at “Football Golf”, which will be on Youtube on Sunday at 6pm.

Can’t wait – the Ladies games have just got better and better and the experiences in Finland and Russia will live long in the memory.
Good Luck for 2014 girls!
Good luck girls
Looking forward to the Arsenal game, hope we get a good result and progress.
The ladies football is getting better and it is good the men are embracing the ladies and uniting the club as a whole.
Those who haven’t watch the Ladies in action are in for a treat, the quality and skill levels have come a long way and would put some male teams in the shade.
