Mr Madley has taken charge of one game so far this season in which he showed one yellow card. Last season, Mr Madley took charge of 26 games, showing ninety yellow cards and ten reds. Of those games last season, eight were in the Championship and in those games he handed out thirty yellow cards and three reds.

Despite the plethora of cards, Colin Tattum didn’t mention Mr Madley’s performance in his match report.

Bobby Madley is a top referee I am sure we will see him become one of the top three officials in the country in due course.
lets hope this one can see a blatant penalty when all of us can….. which would have won us the game on Tuesday…………… if the previous ref had opened his eyes…
After being subjected to Mr East last tuesday surely ANY referee will be an improvement :)
they say ex-strikers return to haunt you i would to think Donaldson at the double today against his old team mates, and we certainly have the sting today…………
