BIH Announce Board Meeting
Birmingham International Holdings have today announced that there will be a board meeting on September 30 to discuss among other things the accounts for the year ending 2014.
The announcement made today and signed by chairman Cheung Shing was to be expected – the accounts will be due on September 30 and I would suspect that the accounts will be announced very shortly following the conclusion of the meeting.
However, I don’t believe that the meeting will purely to be approve the accounts. It’s my understanding that the meeting will also discuss the future of BIH’s managing director Peter Pannu. My understanding from sources within the club and in HK is that Peter Pannu will definitely leave the board of BCFC on September 30; whether he will depart the board of BIH is another story. I have had confirmation from multiple sources that his contact with Birmingham City will come to an end on September 30 and that it will not be renewed; with the consultancy agreement also coming to an end on the same day it will be interesting to see what role Pannu retains if any.
I have no reason to believe that there will be any delay to the accounts; as I understand it the club accounts are largely finished and the auditors for BIH have been in Birmingham to confirm details to prepare the holding company accounts.

Shouldn’t that read.. “there will be a board meeting on September 30 to discuss among other things HOW LATE the accounts for the year ending 2014 WILL BE.” ?
Welcome news concerning Peter Pannu, [ in the main ]. Here is hoping that other good news will be forthcoming also, ?.
dont hold your breath oldbluenose, its doom and gloom all the way from someone who use to have a dig at all the doom and gloom merchants out there but suddenley ive now become one due to inept pethetic second half performances were putting in which in no way makes up for the ok first half performances…ourluck must change or its league one next season and with our current owners going nowhere i cant see any good news anywhere concerning our football club…..sorry!! KRO.
Hiya Dave;, Football on the field, — I agree with you totally mate.
Possible,?. Changes in h,K. is what i was hoping for, giving us just a flicker of hope for the future.
i know it will change one day but the lenth of time this situation as dragged on for seems like eternity and with there stubborness i cant see it ending anytime in the present but lest just hope and prey that maybe one day there just sod off and let us get back to being the blues we were a few years ago but…………..god only knows. KRO.
No doubt they will report massive losses for the year ending 2014 and this should help to speed up the sale.A business cannot survive indefinitely on loans and if Blues drop a division it will cripple their current precarious finances.
Dan do you think there will be any info on some one investing into BHIL. Ie the 24% stake.
Lets hope they all clear off soon..Nothing is left to plunder anymore save a couple of decent youngsters. If they stay we are goners..the table doesn’t lie and Clarks “we take the positives” Bull***t won’t wash any more..new broom needed!!
All of this will only be welcome if it happens and it has a positive effect on BCFC.
If BIHL continue true to form it will be a meeting to explain a delay in producing audit reports, it will be interesting too if the accountants actually sign of the audit.
As for PP, I can’t say I am sorry to see him leave and we might start to get some feedback from the club.
KRO+DNM
It will be loses and that will give them the perfect excuse to sell the remainder of our better young players.
Hopefully pannu leaving will pave the way for clarks dismissal, I for one will not be going to watch bcfc anymore til he’s gone
Clare getting sacked and ole gunner coming to blues after getting sacked from Cardiff, you heard it here first
Clarke not Clare
I forgot to mention joe Gallagher told me.
What does DNM mean.
Thanks
DNM= DELAY NO MORE!!
