Video Podcast: Demands From Directors and Creditors
In this week’s video podcast I talk about the announcement made to the HKSE by BIH about the legal demands that they have received, the rumours of a sale and also a tiny bit about football too!
I hopefully will have an interview with Will Giles about the appeal verdict online in the early part of next week.

More good news concerning the blues this soap opera is more depressing than Eastenders. Keep up the good work OP. KRO.
Cracking quality this time. Nice one. :)
Once again, It is just continuing to wait and see,!!. that is the name of this game, — Sadly.
Thanks for the continued updates, Daniel. without you it would be even more harder to follow and understand.
Keep at em Dan, you are a god
Dan
I still think the HK/Chines authorities want a strong message sent out and an example made regarding finacual illegal activities. Also they think CY is guilty of a lot more that as not come out yet, so is a retrial a possibility
Dan,are you gonna keep this going when you move to America ?
Christ almighty, that got blown out of proportion.
It was a throwaway comment, I’m considering it in the next year. Jesus.
No need to call me christ almighty or Jesus. steve will do. forgive me for showing an interest.Shove it up your arse.
Thanks for taking the time to comment Steve…
You’re welcome
sound very good Dan vision better but still a bit fuzzy round the chops lol
Much better quality this time Dan, I can hear what you are saying quite clearly.
Thank’s for the update.
How can this debt be , surely if it is true then possibly the tax office should know and also the HKSE should have proof of this , and also the football league . whilst working closely with b I h .
This weeks hat is sponsored by….
Don’t diss my hat, one of a kind here. Came from the McCawley’s pubs in Guangzhou and Shenzhen where I promoted my book in China.
I might go out and buy a new one this week, I’ve not bought a new baseball cap in ages.
What’s the point in having “court appointed” receivers put in place to solve a problem and then for the same court to then grant permission for them to be removed? Wouldn’t it be making a mockery of their legal system to let a man they have just convicted of money laundering do this?
Surely this will be thrown out at the first hearing.
That’s the way I see it too Hillfield. They appear to be trying to use processes of Law to overturn a process of Law. Justice is like freedom of the press – everyone is stridently in favour of it; until they themselves become subject to its close examination.
Sorry Dan forgot to mention, picture quality and sound spot on.
The receivership was voluntary, so what happens if E&Y do walk away? Will the HKSE be forced to delist BIHL and thus put BCFC into some “other” category? All confusing to the uninitiated.
Loving the subtitles. One of the funniest things i`ve seen in years. Some absolute classics in there.
Dan a much better production you are starting to get the knack of it. On the detail point I take it you like many are having to scrap for morsels of info as it would seem there is a level of tight lips going on.
April is the month for which I have always stood by so get your web cam polished because you will be delivering some really tasty broadcasts if I am not mistaken.
Good picture quality and soud, very useful information covering all things we wanted to know. If only the Birmingham Mail were as informative. The hat is very simiar to mine so obviously good dress sense too! KRO
