BIH Change Company Secretary
Birmingham International Holdings have confirmed in an announcement to the stock exchange today that company secretary Tony Wong Wai Kwok has left the company as of May 18.
The announcement confirms he’s been replaced by Michael Chan Yee Ping, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Chan is listed as company secretary for two other companies according to HK business website webb-site.com, China Sunshine Paper (stock code 2002) and Northeast Electric Development Company (stock code 0042, also listed in Shenzhen).
As I understand it from my sources in Hong Kong, the former secretary Mr Wong has left for no other reason other than he has obtained a new job and this will have no effect on current circumstances within the company or on the football club.

Hope the others guy good then
This is obviously paving the way to a buy out from some super-rich people who will inject millions into the club. Happy days.
Obviously not much to do as BIHL company secretary if the post-holder is doing the same role for two other businesses at the same time?
Have they changed bank yet, one with a bigger vault in it for all the miilions (end up being like the episode of the Game of Thrones when they opened the bank vault and there was nothing in there)
