Competition Time – who will Blues next signing be?
Yesterday, a commenter on an article came up with an idea as a bit of fun to take some of the stress out of the transfer window – a competition guessing who will be Blues’ next signing. With this in mind I’ve got a pair of matchworn gloves signed by Darren Randolph to give away.
The rules are simple:
- Email competitions@oftenpartisan.co.uk with the name of the player you think Blues will sign next – either as a permanent transfer or on loan. This is the only way to enter – comments on here or on social media will not be considered as entries.
- The subject of your email should be the name of the player – for example “Nikola Zigic,” The text of the email a name and phone number I can contact you on if you’ve won.
- Every entry who gets the name right will go into a hat – one name will be drawn at random to win the prize.
- The cut off time for entries will be 1 hour before the name is officially announced by BCFC – as denoted by when the club makes an official announcement on Twitter.
- If no player is signed (either on loan or permanently) by the end of the transfer window all entries will go into a hat and a winner will be drawn at random.
- If no one guesses the player correctly then all entries will go into a hat and a winner will be drawn at random.
- Strictly one entry per person.
- No cash alternative and no one who is connected to OP can win the prize.
- My decision re the correct answer, the cut off time and the winner is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
For those who want a tip, Colin Tattum mentioned that “an attacking player” should be signing early next week at half time on Blues player – that’s as much as I know (so don’t ask me!)
Good luck
