Mick Rathbone: Your chance to ask the questions
As you may be aware, I was given the chance to review Mick “Baz” Rathbone’s new book, and as part of it, I’m going to be asking Mick some questions about his life, his career at Blues and about his fear of Trevor Francis.
If you have any questions you think I should ask, please leave a comment on this post and I’ll do my best to put them Baz.

As a Birmingham City fan would you have ever considered signing for Villa during your playing days?
Would you still consider yourself a Birmingham City fan, or does working in football put pay to all that?
Would you recommend to a young player that they avoid signing for the team they support?
Who?
Who are you, who are you?
Mick – Mr Rathbone,
At Halifax you created a one-time only position.
Guiness Book of Recods surely?
Physio
Assistant manager
Player
lol.
My question is:-
Did the career destroying injuries you experienced, and overcame to some great extent, influence your decision on following physiotherapy rather than coaching ?
Did you feel more suited to the area of therapy – because of your experience – or did you feel you were not a coach or a manager?
(One question, but rephrased lol)
Good luck mate, let’s help you get selling your book !
