Marlon Sent Home By Jamaica
Marlon King has been sent home by the Jamaican Football Federation after allegedly breaking curfew the night before a friendly game against Panama.
The Jamiaca Observer reports that King, who was recalled to the international team after a three year absence has been dropped from the national team along with his room-mate Chris Humphrey of Motherwell.
It’s not the first time for King to fall foul of curfew rules having been dropped from the team in 2006 under similar circumstances.
King had been a second half substitute in both of the Jamaica friendlies played against Panama.

No one can tame Marlon!
Leapords…Spots…
What is wrong with this bloke? He really does think he can do what he wants. I hope I’m nowhere near him in a few years when his football money runs out.
I can find no endearing features in the guy whatsoever.
Couldnt give a flying f*ck as long as he bangs in the goals next season

Once a mongrel always a mongrel.
I’m sure many of you have been late for work before, so why are you all slagging him off?
Some unfair comments here, maybe from vilers. He did a great job for us last season.
Marlons original gangsta, love him.
Too many sanctimonious old pillocks get steamed up about nothing.
Well said
I don’t care, as long as he behaves for the Blues and keeps playing well.
Seems a bit dumb and disrespectful. If you are off on international duty and you know the curfew rules, don’t you owe it to your team and fans to abide by them?
Agreed Barry
He’s Birmingham city he will do what he wants!!
He’s been punished, so must have been found guilty, so the crime is no longer alledged.
Marlon alledgedly goes to church every week, tho’
bet you he was only a few minutes late
..And that’s why we like Marlon! top bloke.
..now the confusing bit is being sent home by a country that is hardly symbolised for it’s ‘punctuality’, it’s kind of laughable to be honest, and was probably nothing.
