Haircuts and League Cups Launch Dates Confirmed

I’m pleased to confirm that launch details for the book I’ve written are now available on the “Haircuts and League Cups” standalone site.

It’s been a long time coming, but the details for the launches are now available. If you would like to come to one of the launches please email me – almajir@oftenpartisan.co.uk for full details. Tickets are on sale at McCawleys and Delaney’s – for 200HK$/200RMB you get a copy of the book and a free standard drink.

The dates are as follows:


23 Delaney’s Kowloon –  Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
24 Bookazine – Princes Building, Chater Road, Central
25 Delaney’s Wanchai –  Luard Road, Wanchai

26 McCawley’s Guangzhou – Huacheng Ave, Tianhe, Guangzhou, PRC
27 McCawley’s Futian – Mintian Road, Futian, Shenzhen, PRC

All Delaney’s and McCawley’s dates start at 7:30pm; Bookazine to start at 6pm.


16 Norjske – Highfield Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham
18 Royal George Hotel – Garrison Lane, Small Heath, Birmingham

    good luck with the book Dan, from a long term (but silent) reader!!! thought it might be apt, and a fitting tribute to our Glorious Party (I mean, owners) to maybe “delay” the book launch a bit nearer to the office launch date, what do you think?
