OP Video Podcast – Blues Trust Q&A
On Saturday, before the game I undertook a Q&A session with members of the Blues Trust prior to my upcoming trip to Hong Kong, spending some time answering questions about what has happened and what is likely to happen with respect to the takeover of BIH by Trillion Trophy Asia.
I’ve uploaded a short clip of the Q&A to give you an idea of what I talked about; my full answers to questions will be uploaded to the Blues Trust website shortly for you to read.

Good luck Daniel – it would be nice to get some idea of who the people are that will be holding our future in their hands (we assume) at some point in the future.
Looking forward to your findings.
Dan, do you know if Panos will still have a position at blues when TTA finally take over?.
I don’t know tbh. I think he might, wouldn’t like to say for definite.
Thanks mate. I hope he does stay as he seems a real decent bloke who’s taken blues to his heart & wants the best for the club.
more like pulling teeth…….
looks like carson still riding crest of wave……………..
We need Carson out of our club because only 15,000 believe at the moment.
I don’t want to be negative but I think this takeover is all a bluff backed by Carson himself.
The receivers being called in stopped his money invested being taken from him by the Hong Kong government.
:-(
Unless there is a mole in BIH or TTA Dan won’t get definite answers. Even if they wanted to BIH and TTA wouldn’t give anything meaningful because they want confidentially as well as not breaching HKSE rules.
Here’s a thought put an ‘A’ in TTA is you’ll get a mega-wealthy business with connections to Birningham and BCFC supporters
Did you watch the video Julian?
Daniel non-disclosures agreements in place are you not stepping on mines??……..you have also ready mentioned 30 july previously…
mentioned 30 july? Say what?
bIH have to make identity of disclosure of TTA or have i got that wrong
Nope, not words I’ve ever said Mark.
Karen Lo ki Yan ‘s name seems to turn up in business in Paul Suen Cho Hung recent past do you think she might have linked up with Paul DAN, in the TTA consortium , I do sympathies with you Dan as it is one brick wall after another on the web , perhaps the answer lies in BVI ………….keep right on..
Daniel. Can you please remind us of the crucial appeal date for CY. Have a feeling it sometime in May. Thanks.
May 31 – June 2…
(and I don’t think it’s that crucial any more)
Point of my earlier request date concerning the Court of Final Appeal Hearing is that surely everything hinges on the outcome. If CY walks free then imo it’s goodbye to EY and TTA who he will consider trespassers.
I take it you took no notice about the announcement where he came to an agreement with EY?
Mark I think DAN would less likely to get blown up if he new where the mines was , besides those who stay in the shade do so for fear of casting a shadow ,
It is time that all this was sorted out , in around 10 weeks time Carson yeung was arrested and it feels like the whole club has served his sentence for him , it is time the club moved forward and up again ……KRO
FIVE YEARS…
Typical Vile – Bernstein and King resign read their reasons- but VILE always come up smelling of roses eventually , extensive talks held with new buyers , I bet everything falls into place for them within weeks while we wait for perhaps years, obviously Bernstein and King the 2 wise men did not agree with the potential takeover hope they get people worse than Yeung and Pannu and we can take the piss once again , fingers crossed it results in another fine mess for the rubbish team and its supporters from that hamlet in Birmingham called aston
Can you not see PR bullshine?
Good lord, “extensive” doesn’t mean much tbh
Daniel. yes I did take notice of CY standing aside etc for TTA to continue their work. However isn’t there a date when CY has a court date set to finally establish whether he is guilty or found not guilty of the charges against him.To be found in the clear then he can come back as owner-equally not as the case may be. Surely others on this site share my query on this.
Read my other comment Mitchell…
I do Mitchell , by the way Tomlin is talking about playing in the championship , get in there GR , speed is of the essence , it’s nice to hear that GR is looking towards THE local derbies next season ,
Nice name “HUNG”.
Dan – if you go to mainland China, don’t forget you’ll need a visa. And if you call yourself a journalist (as you do in the podcast), then you’ll need a journalism visa.
Also might be worth reiterating to people you see that Leciester are top of the Prem. Not saying Blues would ever end up there (very unlikely) but that’s the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that Chinese investors might fancy.
DoctorD – been there twice before…I know the score :)
It is quite worrying the amount of people who either don’t read or don’t listen to all that has happened and is said on that video. The amount of dumb questions
