October Positivity

Birmingham City enter the October international break in a strong position after beating Blackburn Rovers 1-0 at St Andrew’s on Saturday. That result leaves Blues in 6th place on 20 points having lost fewer games than any other team in the division.

Accounts Due

At some point today before 4pm BST, Birmingham International Holdings are due to issue their accounts for the year ending June 30 2016. While the accounts will give us a picture of where things were financially they’re important as they will also give us a more accurate insight as to what to expect once Trillion Trophy Asia finally complete their takeover next month.

BIH Confirm Board Meeting to Approve Accounts

Birmingham International Holdings have today announced to the stock exchange that the Receivers would be meet on Friday 30 September to approve the yearly accounts for the company.

BIH: Date of EGM Confirmed

Birmingham International Holdings have confirmed to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this morning that the EGM to approve the various proposals for Trillion Trophy Asia to complete their takeover of the company will take place on August 29.
