An Admission of Guilt
Birmingham City tumbled to another home defeat yesterday, going down 4-2 to Bournemouth despite a second half rally where Federico Macheda scored twice. The result leaves Blues in 20th place, five points ahead of Barnsley in 22nd who have a game in hand.

Birmingham City Ladies Fixtures Announced
Blues Ladies learned yesterday that they will open the new Womens Super League campaign with a home game against Everton Ladies. It will be their first fixture at their new home at Damson Parkway, home of Solihull Moors.

Another Game, Another Win; Blues Ladies v Chelsea Ladies Match Report
There was no cup hangover for Laura Bassett and the girls as they ran out fairly comfortable 4-2 winners against FA Womens Cup Final opponents Chelsea in last night’s match at the DCS Stadium.

Penalty Joy For Blues In The Womens Cup Final
It was the cruel heartache of penalties that decided this game with the blues of Chelsea the unlucky losers. gemma Bonner missed the crucial spot kick which meant Blues won the spot-kick battle 3-2.
