After a frenetic few days following relisting, the share price of Birmingham International Holdings seems to have stabilised at around the HK$0.27 mark – nearly double what the price was when the share were suspended back at the end of June 2011.

Yang Yuezhou update
There was a question on here last week about Yang Yuezhou – who you may know as the bloke who lent BIHL £12million last year – and what’s he doing recently. As it’s something that’s doing the rounds, I thought I’d write something quick up about it and to kill some misconceptions.

Carson Yeung 101
One thing I’ve noticed since I’ve started this blog is the amount of misinformation out there; not only in the media but perpetuated by Birmingham City fans. There seems to be a real mish mash out there of theories about the club and how it was taken over etc. I apologise in advance for talking in simplistic terms, but having thought about it for some time I thought I’d put together some information about the club so people understand where it is right now. So I present to you the first in a series of articles I’m entitling “Carson Yeung 101”

BIH Update – more from the Chinese Press
Yesterday I published an article about Birmingham International Holdings raising money via a convertible note issue for £6mil. There has been a little bit of news about it in Hong Kong, so I thought I should try and update people.

Ordos
Whilst Blues have been slogging hard on the football pitch, Carson has done it again. As I’ve mentioned before on this blog, he’s been chasing deals within the People’s Republic of China, to expand the “Birmingham” brand name and to bring in more money for the club. This time, it was representatives from the city of Ordos which is in the Inner Mongolia province of China who Carson entertained on a private yacht in Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong.

Who are ya?
In the last few days, an excellent blog piece by The Swiss Ramble regarding Birmingham City’s finances has been circulating around the twittersphere and the messageboards. It is a bit long, but the writer has taken the time to try and look at things in depth, and summarise them in a language that most laymen […]
