Some Thoughts on Pannu’s Promotion and the Censure

It was a busy day for Birmingham International Holdings yesterday, with announcements that Peter Pannu was to become the new CEO and MD of the company as well as an executive director, along with a preceding announcement that various directors and ex-directors of the company were censured for breaking listing rules in 2009.

News has emerged from Hong Kong that legal proceedings are to be instigated against Birmingham International Holdings Ltd over non-payment of loans made to the company.

Vico Hui steps down from BCFC

The official Birmingham City website have confirmed that Vico Hui has stepped down from the boards of BCFC and Birmingham City plc and is no longer chairman of the club.

Yesterday afternoon the news broke on twitter that the long delayed BIH accounts for the year ending June 2011 would now be released at the end of May, rather than the play-off final deadline mentioned in Peter Pannu’s programme notes for the Blackpool game.
