Biography
Panagiotis “Panos” Pavlakis was appointed to the board of BCFC on January 1, 2014. He had previously been appointed to the board of Birmingham International Holdings on 17 December 2013. He resigned from the parent company board on 9 March 2015. Prior to this he had worked as a representative of Kingsway Capital Ltd and has experience of raising investment in the financial markets.
Mr Pavlakis was educated at Aston and Middlesex universities and is also connected to Carson via his relationship with the daughter of Carson’s half-brother.

In a second announcement made to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, BIH have confirmed a complaint was received by the HKSE with respect firstly to Trillion Trophy Asia being given an exclusivity agreement with respect to a takeover of BIH/BCFC and secondly to Victor Ma Shui-cheong and Panagiotis (Panos) Pavlakis retaining their roles as directors of BCFC.

BCFC Appoint New Directors
Birmingham City have announced today that they have appointed two new directors to the board of the football club. Victor Ma Shui Cheong and Panos Pavlakis, both directors of Birmingham International Holdings have both been named to the board with immediate effect.
