Form Teams: The Leeds United Preview
Tonight it’s the turn of Leeds United to come to St Andrews to face the mighty Blue machine, and with that in mind here is my preview of the game.

Loyalty
The Bristol City game saw Keith Fahey making his one hundredth appearance for Birmingham City, joining Stephen Carr and Liam Ridgewell as one of three players at the club with appearances in three figures. It got me thinking about player loyalty – there were of course more players with bigger amounts of appearances but our summer sales saw a fair few leave – and I thought I would discuss it further.

Wins on the Spin
Another game, another win. It’s becoming a bit easy, isn’t it? Five wins on the spin, a team that has gelled and all of a sudden even the most pessimistic of supporters is starting to look a bit cheered about the situation at St Andrews. Of course, the last time we won five on the spin was only two years ago in the “unbeatables” run, and I thought I’d draw some comparisons.

Pride of a Bluenose
I should be writing a preview of the Bristol City game today which kicks off in a couple of hours, but I’ll be honest and say that I’ve not done the research to be able to do it properly. Instead, I want to share with you my sheer pride and happiness in being a bluenose – and it’s not just because of the result in Brugge.

The Brugge Experience
Brugge (as the locals call it) is a fine place. Anywhere that has that much chocolate, beer, and chips has to be pretty awesome. Here is my Brugge experience.

Off to Partizan: Brugge Preview.
It’s twenty four hours until the Brummie invasion of Belgium and judging by the mood on the fora and social media out there people are in an advance state of excitement. I know I am – the idea of so many bluenoses converging on foreign shores in the name of football just makes me burst with pride. Normally, for a preview I’d look at teams etc but as this is a bit of a special game, this is a bit of a special preview.

Unhappy Bunnies
Having told us a little while back we’d definitely have to sell him, James Nursey reported in the Mirror on Monday night that there were clubs interested in Liam Ridgewell. Predictably, this has caused a bit of discussion here and there and I thought I’d talk about it today.
