BIH Confirm Board Meeting
Birmingham International Holdings have confirmed today in an announcement to the HKSE that the Receivers are to hold a board meeting on April 30 to discuss and approve the outstanding interim accounts for the six month period ending December 31, 2014.

BIH Change Auditors – Again

Birmingham International Holdings Delay Interim Results
Birmingham International Holdings today confirmed that the interim results due on Friday for the six month period up until December 2014 are to be delayed until April at the earliest.

BCFC Accounts Analysis

Birmingham City’s newly published accounts show that the club requires £4.4million in working capital in the short term to continue to operate. With the club posting another loss and wages being dangerously close to 100% of turnover last season it could be said that the accounts paint a bleak picture for the club.

The Accounts and Pannu
This week has been a busy week for Birmingham International Holdings with the release of the accounts for the year ending 2014 and with the news that Birmingham City FC have ended the service contract of Acting Chairman Peter Pannu. Birmingham International Holdings have announced a loss of HK$62.219million (approximately £4.8milion) for the six month period to December 2013 today.

Birmingham City File Operating Loss of £9mil for Year Ending 2013
Birmingham City FC and it’s UK parent company Birmingham City PLC have both filed their accounts with companies house for the year ending 2013 today. The accounts show an operating loss of £9.1mil on a turnover of £24.2mil despite player wages being cut by £2.2mil per year.
