Birmingham International Holdings have today confirmed in an announcement to the stock exchange that they are pursuing legal action against U-Continent Holdings for failing to disclose their relationship with Carson Yeung.

BIH Sues Carson, Pannu and Asia Rays
Birmingham International Holdings announced to the HKSE today that they are pursuing legal action against Carson Yeung, Peter Pannu along with two companies namely Asia Rays Ltd and Amazing Top International Enterprises Ltd for various breaches of fiduciary duties.

In an announcement made to the HKSE today Birmingham International Holdings have confirmed that Trillion Trophy Asia are indeed the bidder for a stake in the beleaguered company.

BIHL Confirm Shortlisted Bidder
Birmingham International Holdings have today confirmed in an announcement to the stock exchange that a bidder has been shortlisted. The bidder has made an offer for a stake in BIHL rather than for the club itself.
