News Round-up
The Hull Daily Mail is reporting that the deal for Curtis Davies to move to newly-promoted Hull City is close to completion. The Leytonstone-born stopper, who signed for Blues for £3.5mil in January 2011 is apparently close to a deal that will see him sign for the Tigers for a fee reported to be in the region of £2.25mil.

Player of the Season 2012-13 Nomination: Curtis Davies
The season that Curtis Davies has had typifies the problems that Blues have gone through. After a really tough start when his form took a real dip he’s steadily come back to form from Christmas onwards (barring a couple of blips) and whilst he’s done okay it’s been nowhere near the highs of last year.

The Loss of Marlon King
One of the things to come out of the draw with Blackpool was the lack of clinical finishing from Birmingham City to kill the game off when leading 1-0. With leading scorer Marlon King now out for the remainder of the season are Blues going to suffer badly due to the loss of their Jamaican striker?
