Blues Trust
Securing St Andrews
One of the frequent questions I see amidst this current period of woe for Birmingham City asks if the current board can sell St Andrews. The ground, which has been home to Blues since Boxing Day 1906 is one of the few remaining assets that the club can call as its own and I think it’s understandable that fans are worried it could be sold.

Anger and Frustration
Over the last couple of days I’ve seen a lot of anger within the comments on here and on social media towards Peter Pannu, Carson Yeung et al. There has been talk of boycotting the games, of protesting against the board and of trying to do something to force the hand of the club’s owners.

Interview with Blues Trust
With all that has gone on the last week or so and bearing in mind some of the questions in the comments section I thought it would be an idea to ask the Blues Trust what they were doing at the moment with respect to the takeover. I met with a representative earlier this week and here’s what I asked them.

The Pros and the Antis
Whilst Blues have been trying to get the points on the pitch Peter Pannu is (theoretically anyway) in discussions with interested parties for the sale of BCFC. It’s a weird situation at the moment as Blues are now in the final throes of the Carson Yeung tenure and I wanted to touch upon the whole “pro/anti-board” debate that cropped up in the comments section on this site this week.

Blues Trust AGM
The Birmingham City Supporters Trust will be holding their AGM this weekend prior to the Leicester City game at the South and City College Birmingham’s Fusion Centre in Digbeth. The AGM will present members over the age of 16 a chance to vote on the first elected board and to ask questions of the Trust about its aims and objectives over the next twelve months.

What Can We Do?
One of the common themes of the comments on recent posts about the club has been about what can disaffected fans do to show their dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs at Blues. Whilst I’m not (and would never profess to be) a spokesperson for the fans, I’d like to offer my opinions.
