Tame the Terriers? Huddersfield Town Preview
Blues take on Lee Clark’s former charges Huddersfield Town at St Andrews on Saturday in the Championship with both teams looking to bounce back from midweek defeats. It will be Clark’s first match against his former club and he is insistent that this won’t be a grudge match after his sacking by the Terriers last season.

Redmond Interesting the Big Guns
It might be the start of October but the transfer rumour season has started once more. The Metro published this piece on Sunday that talked of teams like Manchester United, Spurs and Liverpool being in for the 18-year-old with a valuation in the eight figure bracket. Will Blues be able to hang on to Nathan?

Taking Stock
As I may have said before on this website, I’m not a fan of the international break. Whilst I know it’s necessary because of qualification for the World Cup it seems like everything shudders to a halt just after it’s got going and after the hustle and bustle of transfer deadline day we’re all left twiddling our thumbs for a couple of weeks before the next club game. However, I think it’s also a good time to take stock on what is happening.

A Positive Start Against The Addicks? Blues v Charlton Match Preview
The Championship season starts today with the visit of Charlton Athletic to St Andrews. The Addicks, who won League One haven’t played in the second tier for three years and will be looking to make an immediate impression on their return. Blues, who thrashed Barnet 5-1 in the Cup in midweek will be looking to make it two wins in two at home as they start their quest for promotion to the top flight.
