Which Keeper to Keep?

Birmingham City will be in the unique position this summer of having all five professionally contracted goalkeepers come to the end of their deals. Up for the Cup? Baggies Preview in Association With EZE Group

Blues take on local rivals West Bromwich Albion for a place in the last sixteen of the FA Cup today in front of a sold-out St Andrews. Blues eventually overcame non-league Blyth Spartans in the third round, whilst the Baggies demolished Gateshead Utd 7-0 at the Hawthorns.

Bournemouth Preview in Association with EZE Group

St Andrews sees its first match of the post-Lee Clark era today with the visit of Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth. With just one home win in 24, co-caretaker managers Malcolm Crosbie and Richard Beale will know the home fans are desperate for something to cheer about – particularly after last night’s win for Fulham dumped Blues into the drop zone.

Sky Sports this afternoon broke the news that they understood Colin Doyle is about to sign a new deal with Blues. Doyle, 27, has been with Blues since 2003 but has only made fifty-three appearances between the sticks in those ten years.
