Burke, Ziggy and Robbo to stay?
The Birmingham Mail today reported that Chris Burke and Nikola Zigic are in line to be offered new deals to stay with the club along with captain Paul Robinson. Both Burke and Zigic would have to take pay cuts in the current climate – Zigic especially so – but it’s understood both want to stay at the club and could potentially sign.

Dear Lee: Leeds Preview
Blues face Leeds today in what is a crunch game in the Championship – win it and the teams around us lose and we are virtually mathematically safe; the reverse and we are in deep trouble. A game without a win today also sets a much unwanted all-time record in the Championship of seventeen home league games without a win. With this in mind I’ve decided to dispense with the normal style of these pieces and address this directly to Lee Clark.

Keeping goals out at the Keepmoat – Doncaster Preview
Birmingham City face Doncaster Rovers today in a crunch clash that could see the loser well and truly dragged into the relegation mix. Blues go into the game knowing a win will take them above Rovers while defeat could reduce the gap between them and the bottom three to just two points.

100 up for Burke – Charlton Preview
Lee Clark has to rouse his battle weary troops for the visit of Chris Powell’s Charlton Athletic after a tough defeat on penalties in midweek. For the Addicks it’s a chance for them to pick up a handy away point or three against a team who is also struggling in the bottom half of the Championship.
