​Birmingham International Holdings have today announced that non-executive director Chan Wai-Keung has resigned from the board of the company with effect from today.

Carson, the Sale of BCFC and the HK Press

The big news this week was the official confirmation from Birmingham International Holdings that the company had entered talks with two potential bidding parties for the sale of Birmingham Cit which came via an official announcement made to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by CEO, MD and Executive Director Peter Pannu.

Carson In The News In HK Again Over House Repossession

Carson Yeung featured heavily in the Chinese press again yesterday ahead of his October 19 appeal against the repossession of his house. It was confirmed that two ladies, Yung Sau-mui and Wang Lifei had filed papers at the High Court alleging that Carson didn’t have the right to mortgage the property on Barker Road.

As expected, Birmingham International Holdings Ltd have confirmed today to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the accounts for the year ending June 2012 are to be delayed.

News has emerged from Hong Kong that legal proceedings are to be instigated against Birmingham International Holdings Ltd over non-payment of loans made to the company.
